Mixed Up by Emma Hart
OH this book was a hoot! I loved Raven before but this story was just epic! She has such sass to begin with! Add Parker and a crazy family reunion, you have Raven going nuts! I giggled so much reading this one. The passion and chemistry between Raven and Parker is off the charts too. The flow of this story was amazing too. You get a real feel for the characters and everything they have gone through.
Overall, I really loved this book. I laughed, I swooned and I wanted to yell! But those cocktail drinks!!! Those were the best! Especially when Raven’s family gets a hold of them! I highly recommend this book!
I have been a fan of Emma Hart for ages, and Mixed Up is yet another example of why. It is fun, sassy, and sexy, with characters you can't help but love.
Raven is witty and full of sass. She is the owner of a successful bar in Key West, and the mixer of the dirtiest named cocktails I have ever heard. With her Greek family descending on her life, and now the opening of the kitchen of her bar, she is in desperate need of a chef. When her brother suggests she hire his best friend, the 3 starred chef who is home for the summer, she would rather chew off her own arm. But when finding a decent chef proves impossible she has to swallow her pride and hire the man she has hated her whole life.
Mixed up is the perfect blend of hate to love with a little bit of forbidden, and a whole lot of HOT. I couldn't get enough of these two. Go ahead and one-click, you won't be sorry!
By day, New York Times and USA Today bestselling New Adult author Emma Hart dons a cape and calls herself Super Mum to two beautiful little monsters. By night, she drops the cape, pours a glass of whatever she fancies—usually wine—and writes books.
Emma is working on Top Secret projects she will share with her followers and fans at every available opportunity. Naturally, all Top Secret projects involve a dashingly hot guy who likes to forget to wear a shirt, a sprinkling (or several) of hold-onto-your-panties hot scenes, and a whole lotta love.
She likes to be busy—unless busy involves doing the dishes, but that seems to be when all the ideas come to life.
